Welcome to Audi Part Space. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms. Audi Part Space is owned and operated by #1 Cochran Automotive Group, located at 2 Acee Dr, Natrona Heights, PA 15065.
1. Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display accurate pricing, part descriptions, and fitment information. However, errors may occasionally occur. If a part is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or technical error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed for that item, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment method has already been charged, you will receive a full refund.
2. Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase, and it is not accepted until we confirm and process it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You may cancel all or part of an order at any time prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and is subject to our Return Policy. Special-order or manufacturer-ordered items cancelled after being placed with the manufacturer may be subject to a return fee, as described in our Return Policy.
3. Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Orders being paid for with a credit card must ship to the billing address of the cardholder. PayPal accounts that have secondary shipping addresses on file may be used.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timeframes, carrier information, and related terms are described in our Shipping Policy. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for carrier delays outside of our control.
5. Returns and Cancellations
Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are subject to the terms described in our Return Policy. Please review that policy before completing your purchase.
6. Product Fitment and Compatibility
We provide vehicle and VIN lookup tools to help identify compatible parts, but it is your responsibility to confirm fitment prior to installation. We are not responsible for parts ordered incorrectly due to inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
All parts sold through this site are genuine OEM parts and are covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty, where one exists. Except for any manufacturer warranty, all products are provided "as is" without additional warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that products will meet your specific requirements beyond stated fitment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, #1 Cochran Automotive Group and Audi Part Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the products purchased through it, including but not limited to lost profits, installation costs, or vehicle downtime. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Audi Part Space, #1 Cochran Automotive Group, or their respective licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
