Returns Policy

Returns

• Please contact us prior to returning any parts so we can assist you with the return process.
• A copy of the invoice must be included with the return.
• A 20% restocking fee may apply to all returned parts.
• Parts must be in resalable condition and returned in the original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns on used, installed, or tried parts.
• Electrical parts are not returnable.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Cancellation Policy

• An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment.
• Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
• If the cancelled item was special ordered from the manufacturer, a 20% return fee may apply.
